Today I went to see doctor in University Research Center. I have waited for 2 hours past my appointment to ask for Lap and Hernia surgery, but this doctor didn't listen to my symptoms. He asked if I had gallbladder test. I didn't. So he immediatelly diagnosed me with having gallbladder problems not reflux and send me for Ultra sound and HIDA and left the room before I was even able to tell him what my sypmtoms are and why am I there. On my question about what causes the food taste in my mouth after every meal, he said he doen't know. I feel like these doctors really doesn't know what is wrong woth us only try to send us to have tests we have not had yet. I drove to bigger city, wasted all afternoon and I feel like for totally nothing. Can you who had gallbladder problems what were your symptoms and what HIDA test is all about. I feel that my symptoms are more close to H -pylori (that I was treated for once) and reflux as my endoscopy revealed chronic gastritis. I have been suferring for 3 years now with no help and after 5 doctors I am getting really dissapointed or maybe mad and really helpless. Is there a light at the end of this tunel ??? VEM
