I really don't know why she switched me. I was doing fine with the protonix. I was taking that twice a day-morning and at night. When I asked her about the Aciphex, she just said that she thinks she has me at the right dosage. She is really frustrating me. I still have my protonix prescription left. I was thinking about switching myself back....or going to a different doctor.
