I'm really sorry to hear you will not be having the endocinch so soon. Have you thought of contacting Bard and telling them about the trouble with the insurance company? If they are aware that people are having this trouble perhaps they could encourage independent studies of endocinch. Then their product gets more publicity and more of us might be able to have it.
