Hi Jasmine ,has your consultant recommended you for surgery,and if so was it on the results of your 24hr pH results.My consultant just said stay on PPI's,which at 42 years old is a hell of a long time to be on prescription drugs.When i pressed him on the idea of surgery he said "oooh no you know they are not that successfull".Thats the good ole NHS for you.Any way i'm not too bad at the moment as i have only been taken them for 11 months,but i won't give up if my symptoms deteriorate.
