I've been reading about heartburn and it seems that most pain originates low and under the breasbone and works its way upward. Mine is different. It starts about 2-3 inches above the breast bone as a prickling or burning feeling or sometimes a tight feeling accompanied by burping. Is this still heartburn even though it doesn't start low and under the breastbone?
