My guess is that it is out of state and Blue cross/shield of Nebraska and Kansas operate by different rules. Nebraska Blue Cross/Shield definitely will not pay and so there is a chance mine will pay. I asked this question over a month ago to some yahoo on the phone and I gave them the code and they told me it was covered. If they would have given me this information THEN I would have had more than five working days to get that done and I would be sleeping flat in my bed tomorrow like I used to instead of the recliner!!! If everything is cleared then I should be able to get in before Thanksgiving.
